InstantFile is a free temporary file transfer service:

• Upload files up to 1GB in size
• Uploaded files are stored for 24 hours
• All files are automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Files can be shared via unique links

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• All rights and responsibilities regarding uploaded files
• Secure management and sharing of file links
• Legal and appropriate use of the service

4. Prohibited Use

The following file uploads and sharing are strictly prohibited:

• Files containing illegal content or activities
• Files that infringe copyright
• Malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Pornographic, violent, or hateful content
• Files that violate others' privacy
• Files for spam or phishing purposes

5. Service Provision and Limitations

This service is provided "as is":

• No guarantee of service availability, stability, or error-free operation
• Service may be modified or discontinued without prior notice
• Files may be deleted or access blocked if abuse is suspected
• Bandwidth and storage capacity limits may be applied

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to files uploaded by users belong to the users. The service is granted only a limited license to provide the service.

7. Disclaimer

The service is not responsible for:

• Loss, damage, or unauthorized access to files
• Damages caused by service interruption or errors
• Legal issues arising from user-uploaded content
• Issues caused by third-party services or links
